Environmental Club

United by love for the environment and all the organisms that depend on it, the Environment Club at the University of Belize serves as a home for like-minded and passionate individuals with a goal to conserve our environment while learning and educating others. At the Environmental Club, we teach our members that you don’t have to wait until tomorrow to make a difference in your surroundings; saving the environment starts with you. We encourage our members to participate in active collaboration and projects in their local communities and countrywide. We raise awareness of the importance of conservation and the threats that exist in our country. We also emphasize the importance of practical knowledge on our annual trips, where our members get to experience one-on-one interaction with the natural environment.
