Food Service
The Department of Student Services works with food vendors on and near each of our campuses to ensure that students have easy access to healthy and affordable food every day. At the Central Farm Campus students can enjoy the use of the Student Kitchen where they can prepare their own meals during the day, in the evenings and on weekends.
Belize City Campus
There are three centers of education that make up the Belize City Campus; The Education Center at the start of the West Landivar Neighborhood, the Business Center along the sea in West Landivar and the Engineering Center on Freetown Road. The Business Center has a dedicated cafeteria next to the basketball court which includes a comfortable lounge for students to relax and enjoy a snack or meal. The Education Center also has a cafeteria where students can enjoy breakfast items all day or a lovely Belizean midday meal. In the evenings part-time students usually catch a quick snack on their way to classes after 5 pm. Students taking classes at the Engineering Center can purchase food on campus or visit one of the many popular restaurants on Freetown Road in walking distance from campus.

Students who reside on the Central Farm Campus can prepare their own meals and make use of the upgraded kitchen. Students save money by planning their meals ahead of time and storing their perishables in the provided refrigerator. There is ample space for food preparation and a new stove and refrigerator to prepare healthy meals. Students can also eat together as a family in the large kitchen. The kitchen also has pots, pans and dinnerware so students only need bring their personal utensils. The Resident Assistant (RA) monitors the kitchen to allow students access and maintain a clean and safe eating environment for all to enjoy. There is also a snack shop two minutes from campus where students can get a small array of snacks.
