Travel Club
The Travel Club is one of the most long-standing and adventurous clubs at the University of Belize, where all the students are welcome to can join. The vision of this club is to create unforgettable, long-lasting experiences at various Belizean destinations for our club members. We aim to host unique trips so that students can experience new adventures at different destinations that they might have never heard of or couldn’t go to due to the cost or logistics.
We host club fundraisers throughout the academic year to help cover the cost of upcoming club trips.
Furthermore, our club aims to meet twice a month to discuss and organize club trips. At these meetings, club members voice their opinions and ideas for upcoming trips that we may have.

Our club requirements:
- To join the club, you must pay a $10 entrance fee.
- You must understand that the majority of the trips that the club host will be paid mainly with your own money. We will fundraise as much as possible; however, the funds will not cover most expenses.
- You must have insurance to attend any club-hosted trip. You can either use your own personal insurance or buy a one-year UB student insurance plan at any local ICB branch for $45.
