Training Seminars

The university of Belize is designed to produce graduates who are ethically sound, with high levels of social and environmental responsibility. These qualities are seen as essential to honest, transparent and transformative leaders who can guide Belize’s development. To this end, the Department of Student Affairs complements students’ classroom experiences by coordinating specialized training sessions to develop their character. The department organizes and hosts, one- and two-day training seminars which students can take for free at their convenience. These seminars are repeated twice every semester so students can take them at any point in their UB careers. They cover topics important to successful personal and professional relationships. All participants receive Certificates of Participation at the end of each training seminar.
